3. Course Enrollment & Access
After payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course(s). Access duration (lifetime or limited) is listed on the course page. You must not share, resell, or reproduce course content without written permission.
4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are shown in INR and are subject to change. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: unless otherwise stated, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the course content. We reserve the right to deny refunds that violate our policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, text, designs, code samples) is protected by copyright. Instructors retain copyright to their work but grant Swarion Gulf Training Private Limited a license to host and distribute it. You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, to post abusive or infringing content, or to try and disrupt the service. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.
7. Certificates
Completion certificates (if issued) are for educational purposes only and do not necessarily represent professional accreditation unless explicitly stated.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
Courses are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes. Swarion Gulf Training Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform to the extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice. On termination certain access rights may be lost immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Your City.
